Final sale price is determined at the time of purchase and may differ from online listings.
b. Vehicle Condition and Inspections
All vehicles are sold as used unless expressly stated otherwise. We encourage all buyers to conduct a thorough independent inspection of any vehicle before purchase. While we make reasonable efforts to disclose known material defects, we make no guarantee as to a vehicle's condition, history, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond any written warranty provided at the time of sale.
c. Title and Ownership
Title to a vehicle transfers to the buyer only upon full payment of the agreed purchase price and completion of all required documentation. Until that time, the vehicle remains the property of Sand's Auto.
d. Financing
Financing options may be available through third-party lenders. Approval, terms, and interest rates are subject to lender review of your credit application. We make no guarantees regarding financing approval or specific loan terms. Any financing arrangement is a separate agreement between you and the lender.
e. Trade-Ins
Trade-in valuations are estimates only and are subject to physical inspection. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw a trade-in offer based on the actual condition of the vehicle at the time of delivery. Trade-in values are valid for a limited time as disclosed at the time of the offer.
3. Parts and Products
a. Product Availability
Parts and product availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product offerings at any time without notice. In the event an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or substitute where applicable.
b. Pricing and Payment
All prices for parts and products are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
c. Returns and Refunds
Returns on parts and products may be accepted within seven days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Electrical components, special-order parts, and items marked as non-returnable are final sale. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
d. Shipping
We ship parts and products to addresses within Idaho, and the lower 48. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Services
a. Upholstery Services
Upholstery services are performed on vehicles at the customer's request. You acknowledge that results may vary depending on vehicle condition, material choice, and the nature of the damage or repair requested. We will provide a written estimate prior to beginning work. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the service. All work is subject to our standard labor rates in effect at the time of service.
b. Tire Mount and Balance Services
Tire mounting and balancing services are performed using industry-standard equipment and techniques. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions of tires or wheels, including but not limited to cracks, bends, or defects that may affect the outcome of the service. You are responsible for ensuring that tires and wheels brought in for service are compatible and in serviceable condition.
c. Service Authorization
By requesting a service, you authorize us to perform the work described in the service order. Additional work discovered during service will not be performed without your prior written or verbal approval. You agree to retrieve your vehicle and pay all charges within one day of notification that service is complete. Storage fees may apply for vehicles not retrieved within that period.
d. Service Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience an issue directly related to service we performed, please contact us within one day of service completion. We will evaluate the concern and, at our discretion, re-perform the service at no charge if the issue is determined to be the result of our workmanship. This warranty does not cover issues unrelated to the service performed or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a. Website Disclaimer
The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
